Friday was busy. Very busy. Staff held up fine (the ones that came to
work) and management team held it together. Some are putting in very
long hours. I've only been doing 9 to 12 hour days. I even took a day
off this past week.
Today should be our busiest day. People will have given up on their
obscure lists and start grabbing anything. They're desperate. Good
thing. The store is a mess. It LOOKS good, but forget alpha, or
whether the computer says we have it in stock or not (stupid computer).
Calendar store crossed the $100 k threshold yesterday. Yet sales are
not ramping up as much as expected. Wednesday is that stores last day.
Well, I'm off to put in my part for today!
