Late Night

I closed again last night. Taking the bus home since MUNI is closed by then. I don't know why I don't like the bus. Maybe it's the close quarters. Or the kind of people who ride late at night... Sure, there's the workers going home (like me), but also the street dregs. People who try to sneak on, or just the weirdos with their bags and blankets and need to take up lots of space. That zone of personal space decreases from BART to MUNI to BUS.

Our new calendar kiosk is on the third floor of the Nordstrom side.

The old Lucky Brand store (and it still has the LB neon sign). There's also a sign that says Lids will be in that space soon... It's a cute little space with several changing rooms to try on calendars and a couple doors we don't have keys to. The "office" is about five by five and is also the entrance to the bathroom. Not that we need an office, but strange that Westfield called it so.

Meanwhile staffing issues remain to be an issue. Finding that there are people we can't have working with other people or they'll drift into socializing with each other or even slipping into street language.

It's my day off but I have to go in and work on next weeks schedule.

Even though I went in early yesterday and had several hours blocked off for scheduling, I didn't get any done due to whatever latest crisis was arising. Today I'm going to try to hide in an office and get the damn thing done so I can relax tonight and tomorrow.

I think I have to much to do...
