Day off? What's that?

Getting kinda punchy with the long hours and lack of sleep. Worried
about the schedule... There were times yesterday when the line went
halfway back into the store and the cafe was doing over $300 an hour,
which I'm told is a lot. Hard to get around the store it was so
crowded. But it wasn't that holiday "buy anything" energy.

My theory is that we are the place in the Westfield you can spend $20
or $30 and buy a book, have something to eat and drink... Our cafe is
in a great location.

Tomorrow I'm scheduled to take a day off. My first in at least two
weeks (I've lost count). I'm getting used to trusting the rest of the
management team to handle the store...
