Back in the Saddle

Another 15 hour day, but it goes by so fast!

This week I'm in training all week. Three days of Cafe Manager, five
of regular cafe training. That's a lot of cafe training. Especially
when there is so much else that needs to be done.

Today we had coffee tastings. Apparently we do this allll week. Jeez,
it's just coffee for cryin' out loud!

OK, I have to say I'm impressed with their (our) training materials.
The mission statement and values are excellent and presented very
nicely.

OK, time for bed. Another early and long day tomorrow.
