End of three days of café management training. SBC runs an
interesting business, but don't get me started on the hygiene horror
stories!
Of course I had to visit Fry's. I wanted to look at jog-shuttles but
no one there knew what they were. That didn't stop them from sending
me across the store and back a half a dozen times.
So far a quiet week, getting everything ready for the store opening.
Lots of paperwork tomorrow. And the day after that we go to a
Specialty Store Borders to learn everything we need to know about
running our newsstand.=
