This month I have forgone my MUNI FastPass. Since I've been walking
to work most days, it means it's not cost effective to buy a monthly
pass. And on a whim (after my February FastPass expired) I decided to also walk home after work. Turns out it's 2.1 miles each way.
Last night I stayed late so the carpets could be cleaned. Market street late at night is a little dicey. I figured I could always run out into traffic if someone tried to rob me or something. But nothing
even close except for staggering drunks and the sidewalks on Market provide plenty of room to detour.
Last week I got my second tank of gas in 2007. Not putting many miles on the car, but I may need a new pair of boots...
