Well, That Went Quick...

Fast day at work. I'm sure I lost a few pounds... the back of my neck
was damp the whole night.

Traffic was bad, but not terrible, and I gave myself enough time and
lucked out on parking so was on time for work. Very busy and the FOS
was depleted. I spent two hours with the GM and Sales Supervisor
putting out stock, including books we had sold out of (Kite Runner,
Marley and Me,...) that were sitting in the back on a cart! Broke a
nail stickering, stickering, stickering...!

No major problems, no customers flaming out, the new cashiers worked
their asses off without complaint, and we even made a major impact on
recovery (putting lost books back on the shelves). Spirits were high.

Didn't hurt that we beat LY and Plan...
